By my calculation the dopper shift of a meteor should
increase/decrease the frequency of the radar transmission by about .16
or .17 Mhz.
You might try turning off the center freq by that amount. Then you
should not hear the carrier, but here meteor returns. For east to west
meteors given your location and the transmitter I would think you
would want to increase the listening freq by 0.16 Mhz.
