Thanks fellows for thinking on this issue.

It now looks like the transition to digital tv may not happen until June 
12 so there will be optimum forward scatter meteor reception 
possibilities till then. Analog was supposed to end mid-February.

In actuality, the space radar may not serve my particular research 
purposes due to distance from the radar site but I will continue to get 
information on the subject and will report what I find for the list 
archives.
