(meteorobs) All sky cameras

My allsky cameras, utilizing PC164Cs, are sensitive to almost mag 2 stars.
It's hard to say just what that equates to with meteors, since it depends on
apparent angular speed (fast meteors need to be somewhat brighter). The
camera saturates at just about the fireball threshold of mag -4.
