Well...must have missed a message there somewhere or didn't notice the  
mentioning of a video camera. Also didn't catch the All-sky camera part.

blue end but are good into the near IR.    To do what you  suggest  
would require the cameras to be monitored and moved when the  Sun  
becomes a problem.  Not very practical for day-to-day  monitoring!<<
 
Not sure if its practical for day time use  either. :O)
