(meteorobs) Orionids observing report from Hawaii Oct 20 UT

There were substantial amounts of variable high clouds this morning. I began observing at 3:55 AM local time intending to do at least an hour, but had to cut it short after 36 minutes due to rapidly worsening skies. Even during my good interval, the cloud density varied, making it tough to get a good accurate LM estimate, but I settled it around 5.2

I saw 8 Orionids, all were quite bright, and 2 EGE's were seen as well. I positioned my FOV near Perseus, which placed it at the optimal right angle to differentiate these 2 close radiants.

Will try again next morning and hope for more clear, stable conditions.
