(meteorobs) Meteor "listening" in the 70-88Mhz band?

We have one receiver with frequencies 65-74MHz. Polish broadcasters
abandoned these frequencies more than ten years ago but there are
distant low band FM transmitters available in Ukraine and Belarus ...It
works great ;)
