(meteorobs) Question on an interesting meteor -Enhanced Picture

I initially thought it was rotating and outgassing but what confirms  
it to be the commencement of a train is that part (most) of the  
artifacts are concave away from the meteor. Outgassing artifacts would  
all be concave toward the meteor, tending to parallel it.
