(meteorobs) Question on an interesting meteor -Enhanced Picture

Rocket trails are vapor/aerosols, not ionised atmospheric gasses like in a 
meteor trail. They are hence different, and I actually think they might well be 
much lower in the atmosphere than meteor persistent trails.
