On the contrary: as I indicated earlier, this kind of streamers are part of many
persistent train photographs. See the URL's posted here earlier.
They are the result of high speed turbulent winds in the top of the stratosphere
blowing the ionised trail gasses of the persistent train apart. They have
nothing to do with outgassing of a rotating meteoroid.
