I agree, aircraft is a possibility, but I live not far from where this footage was taken, and there are aircraft in the sky around here all the time since it's close to a few airports, including Heathrow, so the sound might not necesarily be from the object, whatever it is.

Actually, I think it is an aircraft. You can hear the sound of the engine, with 
doppler effect, especially in the snd part of the footage.
