(meteorobs) Possible daylight fireball caught on camera overMiddlesex, UK 14/04/10

How is it farther away when both of the Teton fireball shots were
taken at relatively shallow angles and this Middlesex video was taken
not far from vertical?  The camera angles suggest the exact opposite
of what you're saying - this thing, whatever it was, was closer to the
observing camera, and significantly so.
And sepia/B&W photos provide greater contrast, FYI.  Hence the clouds
stand out as they do.
I'm not saying that it wasn't a bolide.  But if it was one, it was
very slow moving, didn't fragment at all, remained unusually constant
from a visual perspective, didn't leave a smoke train, and there
happened to be a plane flying nearby to provide us with some nice
jet-engine acoustics.
