(meteorobs) Annual variations of sporadic activity

Hi Karl.

I was interested in this exact subject about a year or so ago.

IMHO, there does appear to be a marked occurance of "sporadic" meteor 
activity just before, during, and shortly after predicted showers with long 
pauses in sporadic activity between the showers.

I personally believe it is activity that is regular enough to be something 
other than random.

Tried looking in the AMS files for patterns, but the inconsistant reporting 
and varying accuracy of the individual reports really cannot be relied on to 
develop a pattern. Again in my opinion.....

There is a distinct difference IMHO, between fireballs that come in "out of 
the blue" during long periods of low activity and those fireballs that 
appear to come in "bunches" around predicted showers.
