(meteorobs) Any updates on this story USAF Fireball Reports

Elton,

Thanks for the reply. I had sent a few letters and calls into patrick
air force base last summer, but never got a call / reply back. A few
weeks ago I contacted PAO of Space Command. I got a reply from them
yesterday morning. Not sure if they subscribe to meteor obs or if the
echelon read my email to the list and fwd'd it to them.

They didn't have much to say:

I will also try to follow up with the meteoroid office in huntsville.
Thanks for the tip on that.

I know this is probably a futile endeavour but I don't see these guys
moving the ball forward on this issue if folks aren't asking about it
and of course it never hurts to try.
