I didn't find information either about exact radiant position of this shower,
or about entry velocity of its meteors. But I did regular videorecords
in the night January 20/21. For that night effective observing periods
of my videocamera were: 19:51-20:18, 20:43-01:16 UT. It detected four
meteors with stepped backwards trajectories intersecting in the point
appr. midway between Gamma Ursae Minoris and Eta Draconis. Their
characteristics:
1) 22:31 UT, 0.40 sec, velocity range 2/5, 2.5 mag.;
2) 22:33 UT, 0.48 sec, velocity range 2/5, 2.0 mag.;
3) 00:00 UT, 0.32 sec, velocity range 1/5, 2.5 mag.;
4) 00:22 UT, 0.44 sec, velocity range 3/5,-0.5 mag.

Movies are also available and could be sent by request.

Best regards, Mikhail Maslov
