(meteorobs) Faint Sporadic Meteor?

I see in the photo, two moments in the trail have  brightness has increased ..
May be probably a weak satellite and rotate their panels?

it was a 30 second exposure. This was the first night I had with the a new
mount/scope, my polar alignment was not right and I was having a bunch of
other setup / learning curve problems. This was just a test photo I took
while trying to get the settings right.
