Note also that the entry velocity into the atmosphere is
between 16 and 17 km/s which is extremely slow. Meteors
belonging to this shower should really appear extremely
slow. Otherwise they are chance alignements with the 
radiant. The radiant itself may be shifted by several 
degrees towards the zenith (roughly upwards on the Cygnus
"axis").

Neslusan's programm actually gave Nov 2.5 for the maximum;
that would be over by now, but other predictions may get
to other timings.
