(meteorobs) Bristol Daytime Fireball? real or hoax?

Hi,

This is absolutely a parhelion but what's more this is old (pseudo) news. The "daily mail" ran this almost a year ago with the same picture.

Soon after it was published they quickly changed their original highly credulous copy to something slightly palatable.
