and navigate various information options.

There is not a lot of detailed meteor reception info since it is not a 
meteor monitoring project. Rather, they use meteor burst communications 
for their environmental data collection. I got the frequencies directly 
from the project manager.

SNOTEL is accessible in western North America and I think SCAN monitors 
are accessible in the east or midwest.  Not sure about the SCAN network 
since it is out of my own range.
