(meteorobs) 40.670 MHz CW - Useful radio meteor frequency for North America

For radio meteor folks:

I am getting definite meteors at 40.670 MHz CW on the new SNOTEL master 
transmitter frequency.  If my old communication with the SNOTEL manager 
is correct then SCAN is now also using 40.670 MHz CW as master 
transmitter and 41.61 MHz CW as the remote station return.

I am monitoring SNOTEL ( Snowpack telemetry) from north central New 
Mexico in the southwest USA to transmitters located in Idaho.  Meteor 
reception rates are not strong but definitely evident.

So, I guess folks should be tuning to 40.670 MHz CW.  Note that the 
meteor reflection sound is not like an analog tv signal ping. Rather, 
SNOTEL sounds like this:
