(meteorobs) Looking for Draconid pictures

Jeremie's model gives an estimated ZHR of 600 if we encounter the 1900 
debris stream, and if that stream exists as modeled. Other estimates 
range from 50 to a few hundred. AFAIK there is no suggestion of rates 
reaching thousands per hour.
