(meteorobs) question

Where in the sky did it appear. Overhead? Traveling it which direction? Was
it near the horizon traveling parallel to it?

Was it clear, or did you have some thin cirrus clouds?

Friday morning @2:00 AM I saw an 8 second slow moving something with grey
thick trail.  Had a round head like a comet.  Would someone tell me please
what this object is called?
