(meteorobs) Combo TLE/Sprite and meteor observing

I am writing a paper on transient luminous events that may be of 
interest to meteor observers and especially radio meteor observers. I am 
finding that TLE/sprite observing dovetails nicely with meteor observing.

This is a brief and rough draft and I may write further on the subject, 
though may leave it here. If there are any glaring mistakes or errors
