Hi Bill!

Is the information obtained from these apps available to the public for 
their research needs?

I see this diminishing efforts at getting folks to report adequate 
information to be useful to some who may be trying to find falling rocks if 
the data is not in a useful way to the public.  I may have missed where this 
data can be viewed.
