(meteorobs) Quadrantids on 4 JAN 2011 from southern Maryland

I was only able to watch for an hour before the sky became 80 percent covered with moderately thick cirrus clouds. The Quads were bright (mean magnitude was +0.8) but there were no fireballs.  After the watch, as I prepared to return home, I saw a -2 QUA near Arcturus, the brightest seen this morning.  These results have been shared with IMO.
