Dave and All,

I certainly would encourage those with clear skies to try and view any possible activity this year. Unfortunately the moon will be 
only two days past full :-(

If another outburst occurs at the same solar longitude, it would most likely happen over North America on the morning of January 21. 
The moon will make visual observing difficult at best. Video observers may be able to pick up a meteor or two despite the bright 
moon.
