Here's a link to a Canadian web-page from which you can determine which stations
are switching to digital, which are remaining analog (maybe on a new channel)
and which are shutting down completely.

Not entirely correct, I think, Michael.
My understanding is that here are certain stations which are considered by the
CRTC as "Mandatory Markets" and MUST convert to digital; others, especially
those serving smaller communities, can remain as analog indefinitely as long as
they are below Channel 52.
Of course, whether the remaining analog stations would be of any use for meteor
listening is open to debate...

Well, those that listen to TV meteors here in Canada will now loose
all that as Canadian TV stations go digital at end of August!
