The next night 30/31 July I went out, but patches of haze and fog were moving thru, so I finally gave up. (05:00 - 06:00 UT; temperature and dew point 75 deg F; facing E 50 degrees; LM ~ 5.2; one CAP +3 and one Sporadic +3 were the only meteors seen.)
I have done very little observing this year because of clouds, haze and or fog on most nights without Moon light. Lots of rain thru June. Much of the past month has had dew points between 70 and 80 day and night with hazy days and hazy/foggy nights.
