(meteorobs) ETA observation correction!

Sorry folks, I always seem to have trouble with simple addition...;o).   My
observing session this morning should have read 0800 - 0915 UT, vice 0700 -
0815 UT - I added just three hours to EDT instead of the 4 it should have
been to get UT, too darned early in the morning for me, I should know better
than to try and add before 9 o'clock in the morning...;o)!
