Did any local site user visit the "impact?" Are the photographs of
before all the digging and local probing was done? From the available
photograph, in the background,  near the basketball  net, there are bags
of what could be either, topsoil, fertilizer, or other landscaping
material,  and what appears to be a contractor's sign. Any one have a
chance to see if this is related to a project not mentioned?

Also fracking is out of the question as there does not appear to be any
preliminary test wells in the area of the "impact."
