(meteorobs) Meteorite?

I know I am getting overly excited about this, but can you experts take a look and let me know if this is possibly a meteorite?
It is magnetic but there is just a weak fusion crust (more like slight browning on 1/2 of it). It was found in a large concrete parking lot, smashed to bits mostly with no other rocks around it.
