(meteorobs) Draconids 2011 peak

So far, my ZHRmax estimation turned to be 7-8 times lower than real
observing value. Congratulations to all my collegues who made much
more accurate intensity forecasts as well as to observers who managed
to watch the most strong meteor outburst since.... Leonids 2002? Almost
10 years span. And it is time to revise some factors in my Draconid
ZHR estimation formulas :)
