I had no problem entering EGE on any of my 3 reports to the IMO visual
report form.

Now that they've been entered, I'll submit summaries here shortly.

I had much better weather, clearer sky and as a result, saw many more
meteors than I did yesterday morning. I missed seeing the brightest meteor
however; as I set up, looking at my chair, a fireball occurred but all I
witnessed was a 'flash' and a dim, brief glow all around. No, no trail
anywhere visible in the sky! My 'consolation prize' was a -3 ORI later in
the morning.

Bel Alton, MD, USA, 76d, 59m, 00s W longitude; 38d 28m, 00s N latitude; +10
meters elev.
Lm varied from 5.5 to 5.8, F=1.00; Teff= 2.85 (2h 51m). No fog.
Field Centers were the Hyades and northern Orion during the session

ORI: -3, 0 (2), +1 (3), +2 (2), +3 (6), +4 (5), +5 (3) Total=22

LMI: 0, +2, +4 Total=3

EGE: -1 Total of one

SPO: +2 (2), +3 (3), +4 total=6

Grand total=32 meteors

I made a report to IMO in a different, more elaborate format, but the above
gives the essentials in a summary. One problem emerged for me on the IMO
report form, it would not accept the heading of EGE as a shower. However,
it accepted 'EGE' in the 'Distributions' section. On the visual report
form, I needed to list the EGE meteor as a SPO to have it accepted for
admission to the IMO database. Have the epsilon Geminids ended in
visibility? I'll have to check the IMO calendar. I BCC'ed IMO with this
message.
