I went out looking for Sept E-Perseids and Nu Eridanids.
During the first hour the sky was as good as it ever gets at this location. The only Nu Eridanid was at 08:22 UT mag -1 with one second train and ending 10 degrees West of Cepheus. The brightest meteor and first meteor of the session was a mag -5 deep orange Antihelion in the South going Eastward.
