Waxing gibbous Moon low in SW during the first hour.  Set up in shadow of car and used black umbrella.

07:00-08:00 UT 51 deg F; dew pt 49 deg F; wind NW 3 mph; clear; LM ~5.3; facing ENE 50 deg; total teff 1.0 hr.
Nu Eridanids: one: +2
Sept E Perseids: two: +2; +3
Sporadics: seven: +1; +2(2); +3(4)
Total meteors: ten

08:00-09:00 UT 49 deg F; dew pt 47 deg F; wind calm; clear; LM 5.7; facing ENE 50 deg; total teff 1.0 hr.
Nu Eridanids: one: +3
SPE: none
Sporadics: six: +1(2); +2; +3(2); +4
Total meteors: seven
In spite of decent sky conditions went a half hour without seeing any meteors.  I was awake and saw plenty of planes during that half hour.
