Okay: it might be that the online convertor I used didn't factor in daylight
saving time, if applicable (I do not know!). In that case, if it is really 2:45
instead of 3:45 UTC, the 8:45 pm value local time = 2:45 UTC is near the moment
when UARS would pass the Canada west coast.
Can anyone knowledgeable of time zones in western Canada confirm whether 8:45 pm
is 3:45 or 2:45 UTC?????
