Above, and observation period was 9:05 pm to 9:30 pm.  Multiple  
observers with clear skies.

I think it fell before this.  SpaceFlight Now (http://spaceflightnow.com/uars/status.html 
) is saying NASA says North Pacific impact, but no time yet.  News  
briefing at 2:00 pm EDT (11:00 am PDT)
