(meteorobs) Standards and Practices: any other means may be dubious - RE: Radio Meteor Obs. Bull. July 2012 delta Aquarids

After studying the Meteor Radio Scatter Community, "Standards and Practices"
are nowhere to be found on the Internet; employed in recording Data and
subsequently analyzing the Data, then publishing the Data in a Scientific
manner.  I am personally attempting to make a mass produced Receiver for the
NAVSPASUR Transmitters that can be used in an large array for widely
geographically dispersed, long term accumulation of Data. This requires
every Receiver to be identical. Without calibrated Standards and widely
applied Practices, the accumulation of Data by any other means may be
dubious.
