Note the erroneous 11 am at the end of the second paragraph. At least in
this case there is enough information in the story to decide between
11 am and 11 pm.

I'll check the U.S. Doppler radars that are close enough to the border
to see if any of them picked it up. (Canadian radar data is
unfortunately
unsuitable for bolide detection unless it's a very big fall.)
