(meteorobs) 0246 hrs, 1012-12-13. Large Geminid Bolide

Fell to within ten degrees of my southern horizon, just east of the tail of the dog star, before disappearing from my view, the angle was about 30 degrees, 2 sec persistent tail, coming from over my shoulder, and  from Gemini. -8 mag, as I drove south on Rte 231 toward Spencer, IN, and Bloomington.
