Actually, no.  I'm seeing tine "ghost" returns of high-doppler head echos.  Very faint, but visible.  Probably because the radiant is over the western horizon and "off the radar". 
Always wanted to use that phrase properly...

Radar Rates over Oklahoma have dropped to near zero within the last hour.  Hopefully this isn't the end.
