              Geminid Maximum Visual Observations
                 City of Greenbelt Observatory
          December 13/14, 2012 - Greenbelt, Maryland

We has clear skies for the Geminid maximum, and even though
it was a work night, and I had to walk for 30 minutes each
way to and from the City of Greenbelt Observatory, which
took another hour, I was able to get a good hour of meteor
observing in. However, it was worth it, as I saw many nice
Geminids. The best was a -4 seen at 4:44 UT, and a -3 seen
at 3:58 UT. The average Geminid was 0.8, but I am sure I
missed most of the faint ones due to light pollution.
