(meteorobs) Radio meteors listening??

Yes.

In the northern Detroit suburbs, I use

55.239 (1-2 moderate residual carriers)
55.249 (1-2 strong residual carriers)
55.259 (1 weak residual carrier)

With a simple 6M halo up 20 feet, all three produce varying numbers 
of meteor returns as well as numerous airplane returns.  They appear 
to be unchanged from when I started listening about 4 years ago.

I have not listened in months but when I did, I found it to be very 
sporadic and never saw what I could conclusively say was a 
meteor.  But in SE Michigan, I am a long ways from the transmitters.
