FYI I'm seeing a nice rate increase now (06:05Z)

My times are:

11:08:39
11:16:48
11:25:45

I'm unsure how to describe them.

Addendum...

I see another mini-burst of overdense hits around 1500 to 1510Z.  Several hits with persistent trails within a few minutes of each other.  Several more occur over the next couple of hours, and then it all stops.

Those are normally rare during sporadic-only periods - about once or twice a night.

It looks like I got a possible correlation in hits around that time...

Looking back at the radar hits, I see the following events..

10:18:35Z - underdense (Head Echo Only)
10:27:15 - underdense
10:44:25 - underdense
10:56:45 - underdense
11:10:10 - head echo with delayed overdense signature
11:19:15 - underdense
11:19:47 - intense underdense (head echo only)
11:20:09 - underdense
11:21:10 - Intense underdense (head echo only)
11:22:31 - underdense
11:28:05 - underdense
11:28:47 - underdense
11:32:21 - underdense
11:42:30 - underdense
11:43:52 - underdense
11:49:31 - underdense
11:57:32 - underdense
11:58:02 - intense head echo
11:58:15 - underdense
12:00:17 - underdense
12:04:21 - intense head echo
12:14:49 - very nice overdense hit (Should have been visible, but we were clouded)
12:26:15 - intense head echo
12:30:30 NICE overdense trail with 10 second persistence and obvious doppler features
12:49:32 NICE defined overdense trail with slender doppler "Snaking" signature

I forgot to add that, for my camera, that level of activity has been out of the ordinary for the past few weeks.

My camera picked up 7 meteors last night from 10:42 to 11:34 UT.  Not sure what the radiant was, but if you need further info, I'll try to help.

Clear skies,

As you can see from this morning's automatic email (below), our New Mexico stations (the ones in the SE are clouded out) picked up an unusual cluster of eta Aquarid fireballs this morning around 11 UT. Did anyone else see similar? Regards, Bill Cooke
