Here is a movie ( preliminary ) with its forward scatter radio head echo 
and embedded map.  The map info is general only. The full radio 
reflection was two minutes long.

My partner was in bed and it penetrated her eyelids. She told me this 
morning that she thought it was a car light but was happy to hear it was 
a fireball that lit up the entire sky.
