(meteorobs) Draconids 2012

While May 21, 2014 is still quite far in the future, there is much
more close possible unusial meteor activity. It is Draconid meteor
shower. It gave a strong outburst with ZHR~350 in 2011. This year the
prospects of activity are much more modest. The Earth encounters 1959
and 1966 Draconid trails. Conditions are unfavorable, so in my
estimation, at best it could be a very weak acitivity with ZHR~5-10
during the period 15-17 UT on 8 October, with low meteor brightness.

Considering that in case of Draconids and similar showers which are
normally show no activity, even such low meteor numbers as ZHR~5-10
are a significant event, so any observation around the given time are
very desirable.
