(meteorobs) Negative 2012 Draconid visual report from north Florida

"These puppies" always seem to peak for eastern Europe and  Asia.  I think 
the only time North America has been favored with viewing a  Giacobinid 
outburst was back in 1946 . . . only 66-years ago.
