Draconids 2098: peaking around 4 UT on storm levels (prediction by Mr Maslov)

Nothing for me; I'll rest in peace ;-)

"These puppies" always seem to peak for eastern Europe and 
Asia.  I think the only time North America has been favored with viewing a 
Giacobinid outburst was back in 1946 . . . only 66-years ago.
