Hello Stuart

I might suggest a few things or questions to ask yourself...

1. Is your hard drive failing or full? Write the file to another Hard drive
of flash drive to test the integrity of the Software. Never allow the HD to
get more than 90% full.
2. Defrag your HD.
3. Eliminate or isolate the error. Transfer the Card and software to another
Machine (even in another location) to test if the Card or the Motherboard of
the hosting computer have errors.
4. Run Microsoft's (and other's) Memory Checkers. The one that is burned to
a CD and runs before Boot is the best. It will test memory continuously...

5. Download and run Process Explorer. Drill down into this App and watch the
processes for CPU and Access hogging. This may indicate a bad Driver or
corrupted Registry.

6. Manually uninstall then reinstall the Video Card drivers
7. With msconfig, disable all the non Microsoft Services. Enable the only
the Card's Services, and see if it crashes.

Has anyone with one of these ever gotten a "TODO <file descrip> has caused
an error and needs to close" type error? I have reinstalled the software and
the interface still crashes. I have emailed Joe Chavez a couple times but
haven't gotten any response. I really would like to get back online!!

Does anyone have any suggestions???
