(meteorobs) Orionids from GA

Great to see back 'online", Kimbo. I tried diligently to observe again
this morning, but our lovely high pressure system down here started to
break down too quickly and allowed lots of coastal clouds to wander in off
the Atlantic and ruin my show. I started out like gangbusters, seeing 14
Orionids in the first 15 minutes (4:15 - 4:30 EDT). I thought I was in for
a great show, but then they suddenly dried up and I only saw four more in
the next thrity minutes before the clouds came in wiped me out. Our
forecasts are for even more coastal clouds coming in over the next few
days, so I think I'm done for this go around. It was great to get out
though and dedicate what I did to see to meteor Wayne, however. Will you
shoot for the Leonids next month and/or the Geminids beyond?

Clear skies, Paul in St. Augustine.
