I hear you on all counts, Kimbo.   The fact that I just have to go less
than fifty feet from my bedroom (15 of them vertically) to get dark and
clear skies to observe from is indeed a blessing that I am humbled by
and constantly thankful for.    I so admire the folks like yourself and the
many others who have to travel long distances to be able to observe.   I
firmly believe that yours and their dedication to this hobby is far greater
than mine.   I really don't know if I would be able to do much either,
without my lucky happenstance...  The weather Gods have to smile on me too,
of course...;o).
